For Buyers
I will help you identify, negotiate, and close on the home of your choice. I listen to your needs, wants, and non-negotiables to get the best sense for which homes, neighborhoods, and even particular streets will appeal to you. I want your biggest concern to be answering the question, “Which of these three great homes should I buy?”
Extensive Local Knowledge
I have lived and worked in the San Bruno, Millbrae, Burlingame, San Mateo, Foster City, Belmont and San Carlos areas, and the surrounding north peninsula communities for over 20 years. With this local knowledge, I will:
Expert Negotiation
In addition to my Masters degree, I completed the Negociation Mastery Course at Harvard Business School. My negotiation strategies have helped buyers buy their homes at the best possible price. When we partner together, I will:
Reputation
Who you choose to represent you is incredibly crucial in our competitive market. My professionalism and reputation with my colleagues translates to my clients getting the home they want.
Initial Phone Consultation
Prior to your first appointment, I suggest scheduling a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation. During this call, I will briefly discuss what you are looking for, your current situation, and any other questions or concerns you may have. I am happy to help make an initial determination on what your dollar can buy so you can be as realistic as possible. If you are obtaining financing, we will also discuss your options so you will be prepared and feel confident in your lenders even prior to meeting with us in person. To schedule an initial phone call, please contact me.
First Meeting
I understand that purchasing a home is a major life event and a very personal process, so our first meeting is designed to be as comprehensive and educational as possible. I will answer all of your questions and determine if I am the right fit for you. This initial meeting time can range from 90 minutes to up to 2 hours.
During the meeting, the following topics will be discussed:
The expectations of both parties will also be discussed, as well as fiduciary responsibilities and how we formalize our working relationship with an agreement designating me as your Realtor. By the end of the meeting, it should be clear whether or not both parties are a good fit for each other.
