She discussed how companies’ transition to a hybrid work environment affects buyers’ housing plans and that many are looking for a secondary home rather than just a vacation home.
She said “As companies plans for a switch to a hybrid work environment, many buyers are also adjusting their plans for housing. “Many are no longer looking for vacation homes, where they go a few weeks out of the year. They’re looking for a secondary residence, mainly because they can, especially with the hybrid situation. And they are looking for areas that provide more experiences.”
