“You cannot talk about Keller Williams culture without talking about ethics, because ethics are embedded into the culture. It is a belief system that comes from top-down, bottom-up. This is who we believe we are, how we should function as a company, how we’re going to treat you, how we’re going to treat each other, and how we treat out clients,” says Caroline Huo, Keller Williams Penninsula Estates, San Francisco.
As often happens with seasoned agents, the value system first piqued her interest in the company.
Talking about Trust & Teamwork, Caroline explains “Together, everyone achieves more. Trust — everything starts with honesty. If we’re honest with our clients, they are going to see that we’re genuine. When we are genuine, they are going to trust us. Then we can do more together.”
